Job Title: Private Chef (Mediterranean & Arabic Cuisine)

Department: Domestic Services / Household Culinary Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Private Chef to prepare healthy, high-quality, home-cooked yet restaurant-style meals with a strong focus on Mediterranean and Arabic cuisine. The chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering daily meals while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and premium food quality as per household preferences.

Detailed Work Profile / Key Responsibilities

Prepare nutritious, hygienic, and restaurant-quality home-cooked meals

Primary focus on Mediterranean and Arabic cuisine (Continental cuisine is an added advantage)

Plan daily meal menus efficiently and maintain consistency in taste and presentation

Follow a fixed daily meal schedule:

Breakfast: Ready by 10:00 AM

Lunch: Prepared alongside breakfast; ready by 2:00 PM

Dinner: Ready by 9:00 PM

Ensure meals are balanced, healthy, and aligned with dietary preferences

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow basic food safety and hygiene standards

Manage time effectively to ensure punctual meal preparation

Adapt cooking style based on household feedback and preferences

Employment Details

Contract Type: Full-time (Long-term, subject to performance)

Location: HAL Old Airport Road, near Leela Palace, Bangalore

Experience Requirements

Prior professional or restaurant-level cooking experience preferred

Strong hands-on cooking skills are essential

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
